I think I had heard it mentioned, but was not familiar with it. According to Microsoft, it keeps Windows more secure by only allow apps that were downloaded from the Microsoft Store to run. Microsoft also states that once “S Mode” is disabled, it cannot be reenabled. I am including two Microsoft links below.
