You could disable your adblocker, refresh the page, and accept the cookies. then re-enable your blocker.

Yes, but not the cookie prompt. Which web browser are you using? If you can also let me know which site you are having issues with I can run some tests.

Firefox, Safari, and Google-Chrome, on a Monterey Mac .

None of those browsers will block the cookie prompt, only extensions with adblockers and pop-up blockers would block the cookie pop-up.
