Hello Randall,
What brand and how old are the TVs are we working with? are they able to download either app?
Most smart TVs will allow you to cast from your smart phone if they are both on the same Network and if not you can upgrade them with a Chromecast which will allow you to cast from your phone to your TV

We recently cut the cord to cable, saved a big bunch of money, we are on Youtube TV, through our cable modem, it works great and we are still watching programs we did with $230.00 cable service.

I have old Vizeo Smart-TVs ( the type that the anti-privacy-lawsusit was about ) — if I turn-on the “smart” functionality, I have to agree to their anti-privacy EULA . I don’t know if I can download apps, onto it, but the smart-functionality has YouTube, and NetFlix capability . I can connect one of the TVs, to my Mac laptop, via HDMI-2.0 cabling . Perhaps I could use Sling-TV ?

O.K. — I got Paramount+, through my WalMart+ subscription, but I’m wondering about the state of NetNeutrality, at the FCC, before I turn-in ALL of my TV-equipment .

Net Neutrality is gone, again — knocked-down by a federal judge, recently .
