    How do I turn the notification ping off? – Solved!

    There is a notification ping that keeps dinging when I am watching the recording. How do I turn that off? (or when I am watching it live, too)
    HELP!

    Hi there,

    You can disable the chat alert sounds by clicking the green device icon in the chat next to where you type a message. Select “Disable notifications.”
