      I received an Apple watch w/cellular as a birthday present. I have an iPhone and am connected to Verizon. I am trying to get cellular to work with my watch but Verizon won’t accept my physical address. I use my cellular connection with my phone at my address. We get our mail at the PO because they don’t deliver to my area and someway because of that they won’t accept my physical address. Is there anyone out there that can help me with this? I was on the phone with a rep. but we didn’t get it resolved.

      Hello Karen,

      What reason did they give for not being able to add the device to your existing account. If the existing account is already configured they should not be needing a new address.

        The reason for the problem is they insist on a physical address.

      When I set up the account I used my PO box because our bills are paid through that address. They said my home address doesn’t exist, at the same time they can search for it and it comes up. Since we don’t have mail delivery(we have to get mail at the PO) when they put in my physical address it doesn’t recognize it. Most companies over ride this but Verizon says they can’t. Sounds like they don’t want to bother with it.

      Hello Karen,

      Might you have a family member/friend in the area who would allow you to use their address, it’s very strange they won’t let you add the device to an already established account. The address should not matter, have you tried adding the device via the Verizon web portal?
