Iphone password to download apps won’t work

      Got a new Iphone 15 pro. Transferred old phone to new one. Apps won’t download because needs a password for yahoo instead of apple id. Neither the apple id password or the yahoo password works. Any thoughts?

      Hello Karen,

      It sounds like at one point you were using two Apple ID’s for various apps. You should be able to trigger a password reset using this link here for the Yahoo iCloud account.
