Modernize old tapes with this handy device
Wayne from Napa, California has around 150 old 8mm, Hi8 and Digital8 tapes. He wants to transfer them over to his Mac computer.
Luckily, I knew just what would help: the Wolverine TransMedia converter. This device saves media to SD or USB flash drives. It also has an AV camcorder input. Overall, it’s a great way to modernize old films.
I also told him to consider eBay or GoodWill for a camcorder that can play the media.
