    Pix off phone

    I am trying to transfer pix from s9+ to passport harddrive. My pc is not “picking up” my phone. Thoughts?

    Hello Pamela,

    Please be sure you are using a Data USB cable and not just a charging cable, you will be able to identify what kind of cable you are using by which options you are presented with when attempting to change modes.
