My mother and I both use iPads, is there a way to screen share so that I can remotely help her with her computer problems?

If you don’t need to control her iPad you can use the steps here to do this through Messages. I find when working with my parents they want to know and try and this allows me to guide them through the steps. If you need to control her iPad I would use Teamviewer Quick Support from her iPad.
