      Using iPhone and would like to find a way to tag emails for folders from specific senders and batch the rest for deletion.

      If you are using Gmail as your email host then you can configure the mail rules from their web portal. If you are using iCloud email you can use their portal as well to filter mail.

      Otherwise I believe your only solution is to have your Apple Mail on a Mac filter everything for you, which will sync up with your phone.
