I just installed Starlink for internet access. When going to “Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi”, and connect to Starlink I get the notation “No internet, secured”. Starlink shows all is good with good connection. But I have no internet connection. What am I missing?

      Hello Johnscooz,

Are you doing anything special with your network settings? Possibly using a VPN? Can you connect your cell phone to the Starlink network and get online?

Does the computer work when you connect to say a public or library Wi-Fi, maybe you can test with your hotspot on your phone?

You can un / re-install the wireless driver by doing the following:

Type “Device Manager” into the search field to open the device manager console. Expand the “Network Adapters” field. This will list all network adapters that the machine has installed. Right-click on the adapter you want to uninstall and select “Uninstall” then right-click in the white empty space a few times until you get the option to scan for hardware changes. This will install the driver without any configuration on the network device.
