I have had to uninstall and reinstall total AV about 99% of the time after windows10 updates.
It will not initialize, and the suggested reboot never works. So I automatically uninstall and reinstall and usually the VPN settings have to be tweaked in order to get it to work. I was told in a chat with total AV that was correct it would have to be re=installed. This doesn’t seem right but appears to be the only way to resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with Total AV

I had the same problem, Get Kims’ Help told me to remove TotalAV. How do I get my money back for the remaining 10 months of the subscription?

    Hello skyhawk324,

If your system was far out of date before installing Total AV, you may need to uninstall the software (Total AV) then reboot your computer, check again to make sure Windows is up to date then re-install Total AV from a fresh download from their site.

    I hope that helps!

If I could give Total AV 0 stars I would. I had a windows update, and after the update it was again… uninstall and re-install. The worst ever.
