Transfer Windows Phone Data to Android

      I still have a Windows Phone 8.1 that has like a mounth left before it will be non-functional. Lookin for a way or for software that will help me transfer the data from the Windows Phone to my New Android Phone. I appreciate any help. Thank You

      You can us SHAREit and app you can get on android and windows phones.
