What is the best way to wipe an iPhone-11, so that I can mail it, to a friend ?

      What is the best way to factory-reset, and wipe the data, off of an iPhone-11, so that I can mail it, via UPS, to a friend ?

      I READ Kim’s USA-Today article, but she said, even AFTER a factory-reset, (iOS presence, notwithstanding), data remains .

      I read Kim’s article, in ” U.S.A., Today “, but she said in there, that EVEN AFTER doing a ” factory-reset “, there STILL is data, left on the phone, from before .
