For one user account my keyboard is fine. But for my primary user account the keyboard numbers work, but the letters do not work. So I cannot login to my primary user account.

I found the solution elsewhere. The geniuses at Microsoft changed my login from a password to a pin, doing this without my knowledge or permission.
