  Windows Mail & Outlook conflicts

  I have posted before without any replies. Windows 10 problem, have set Outlook as default mail app, but Windows Mail still is acting as the default program. Outlook does not get mail first, and sometimes not at all. Have removed our account from Windows Mail, and did not receive any mail in Outlook until I went back into Windows Mail and added account back into it. I sure would appreciate any help in solving this problem
