John – I cannot begin to thank you enough for answering my problem, actually offering solutions! But at 80 I’m afraid I might need a little more guidance. You mentioned setting up a gmail account, which I have and use as a more personal account. But I have no clue on how to use it to monitor or access my Spectrum account thru the Gmail account, nor how to impersonate it. If you could point me to a place that has that info, or tell me here, I would very much appreciate that. I am not impressed with Norton’s anto-spam, or I may not have it set up correctly. If I mark something as “Junk” and then “Block Sender”, it will do just that, but I never have anything in the Spam folder, as in it does not automatically block anything, which makes me think it is me.
