I’m assuming that you’ve started here: iforgot.apple.com
I worked in an enterprise recently and since Corporate didn’t require employees to use their corp email…and create a company-attached Apple ID.
This was always my starting point…to confirm if an email address was being used…and then the recovery of that Apple ID if possible
