Thank you for your assistance. To answer your question it hosts our programs and clients files. We are networked to connect to it. Our printers are not ran through the server. Each printer has its own IP address. I wanted to be able to connect a printer to the server so that I could print off information about the CentOS8 Server IP address because it use to be when we had the windows server, we could use the Xerox multifunction machine scan button and scan documents and it would automatically go into the folder on the server so that we could then drop and drag it into a clients folder from our individual work station. Xerox can’t even figure out how to program the Xerox Multifuction machine to work with the Cent0SB Server and said that we need to have an onsite IT Tech come. I was even with the level 2 department with Xerox.
