I would first want to determine if you were using a Local account or an email address to log in, if it was an email account I would first attempt resetting the password here.
Secondly if it is a true local account you can attempt using Windows 10 reinstall media to hack you way back into your account, click or tap here for more information.
Your best bet is to perform a reset on the Windows 10 Operating System, while being sure to tell it to save your data.
