Hello Lesley,

I believe I discovered your issue, your DNS server is not able to locate the IP address for foxnation.com

I ran a DNS lookup using that DNS server and it returned only a time-out, then I ran it with a google DNS and was successful.

You should update for Primary and secondary DNS from the TP-Link Deco app to the following, reboot everything then try streaming.

Primary 8.8.8.8
Secondary 8.8.4.4
