Quite a strange issue, after updating your DNS can you confirm doing the following is showing the new DNS servers.
win key + r > type cmd hit inter > type ipconfig /all in the black window hit enter > locate DNS server IP addresses.
If you do see the new DNS servers then can you test hardwiring your modem directly to a workstation then try to visit foxnation.com, this will require a reboot of the modem.
