Hello Lesley,

Happy 20222, now that I know more about your ISP. I wonder did someone from the ISP configure your TP-Link Deco router? I’m thinking it may be misconfigured if your last router was working fine with Foxnation.com. I have only worked with one of your kind of microwave antenna-based ISP’s once in the past and I had all kinds of crazy stuff happening when I replaced that user’s router I remember having to call the ISP for tech support and sure enough it required a special configuration.

I recommend working directly with your ISP tech support, are you able to connect your old router for a test? You might even be able to log into the old router to determine any special settings you might need to enable or configure such as a static IP address from your ISP.
