Hello MarilynB,
This should be fairly quick, depending on how many .eml files you have.
Install and open the Microsoft Outlook application with your email account connected.
Navigate to the folder containing the EML files and open it.
Drag & drop the .EML files into the inbox folder of the Microsoft Outlook application.
