Data transfer from old Windows 7 computer to new Windows 10 computer.
Looking for best method to use. Including programs and documents.
I already have cloud backup.
My computer ability is about 4.5 on a 10 scale.

You can try using the free version of this program Todo PCTrans from easeus.com, the free version will transfer 500mb and 2 applications. If you are happy with you you can pay for the full version to migrate all of your applications.
