Downloading The Show
Hi. Downloading the show issue: For years, using my Windows desktop I have downloaded the show to my Download folder and then moved it to my One Drive KK folder. It is always marked with a green checkmark inside a cirlce, meaning, I suppose, ‘download complete’. Then, when I walk or work out, on my Android phone I pull up my One Drive files folder, find the episode, and enjoy listening to it. The issue: All of a sudden now when open my One Drive KK folder on my Windows desktop, dies not show the checkmark circle icon; instead (1) it shows the blue download cloud symbol ONLY and (2) does not show up in my One Drive folder on my Android cell, the place where I want to listen to it from. This method has worked for years for me and now I can’t see the file in my My Files folder on my Android cell. I hope I’ve been crystal clear about my problem. Any ideas why I am getting (1) only the blue download icon on my desktop One Drive folder and (2) why the file will not show on my Android cell so I can listen to it while I walk/workout? Thank you 🙂

Correction to my posted question: The Status icon typically shows a green circle w/ green checkmark, as in ‘download complete’. I miskspoke when I said now it shows a blue cloud; it does not. Now it shows 2 blue half-circle blue arrows, that I’m interpreting as ‘still working on download’. However, I CAN play the file on my desktop and it plays fine but the file will not display in my One Drive folder on my Android cell phone as it has many many times before. Sorry for my error in my previous comment. Thank you.

I saw on the Net where it said to move the incomplete undownloaded file to another file. I did that and it showed green checkmark inside green circle. I then moved it back to my KK folder and it showed green checkmark inside green circle, assuming it means download complete. BUT it still does not show up in One Drive folder on my Android cell phone. Very strange. I will say that I do NOT remember turning off or turning on anything about ‘sync’ to Android One Drive. I just can’t figure out why it’s not syncing to my Android One Drive folder so I can access it through My Files and listen to it on my cell phone.

Hello Codder,
I would sign out of One Drive on your phone and then log back in. If you are green on your desktop, it should be syncing to the cloud.
