I signed up with expressVPN about a month ago. During that time, I tend to get random “disconnects” while connected either via ethernet or wifi. My internet service is through Spectrum TV. Is this “the nature of the beast” or is there something else the problem.
Please take a look here and here for instances where other users have had issues with using their VPN with Spectrum. You may very well need to call Spectrum support and possibly ExpressVPN support to see if they can help.
Additionally please be sure you have the latest system updates & patches installed and you are running the latest version of ExpressVPN.
