      How do I reverse my “disabled” iPhone Account?

      I accidentally clicked on a very simple app for 3 to 5 year-olds, and it immediately triggered a “subscribe for 1 year for $79.99” button which I never meant to push. Then it said “subscribe for 1 week $7.99” which of course I didn’t want. I thought I had cleared several of these unwanted subscriptions, but I missed the 3 day cut off, so I called my debit card to block the payment. Apple didn’t like that and disabled my account. I DON’T KNOW HOW TO CONTACT THEM AND EXPLAIN HOW THIS HAPPENED. (I believe this App is a trap for children and has no place on the Apple App Store.)

      Sorry to hear your account has been disabled, you can click here to start a support chat with Apple. From there a representative should be able to help.

      Let us know how the process goes, best of luck getting your account re-enabled.
