Iomega Zip Drive 100mb
I have about 30 disks over 20 years ago want to made sure their clean before I get rid of them. What best way to do it? or destroy them?

Hello David,
Such a great question, as a Zip drive will cost a few hundred dollars, manual disassembly and cutting the disk mylar into strips will suffice.
You can click or tap here for a disassembly video, alternatively, you could use a couple of pairs of pliers to get the mylar disc out of its casing before cutting it into strips.
