iPhone 11 will not take or play videos
Dear support,
On my iPhone 11, I cannot take videos as of about 2-3 months ago. I set the iPhone 11 camera to video and immediately, the picture that I want to shoot that is in focus, becomes fuzzy. This happens with slo-mo also.
The photo/portrait options work fine.
I’ve also noticed that I cannot play back little videos (like on the weather.com app). It starts for 2 seconds and stops playing.
What is going on?

I recommend resetting your video settings on your camera and making sure the lenses on the back are clean. Take a look at two lenses on the inn a well-lit area, one of the lenses’ could be cracked.
If you flip to the front-facing camera, is that also blurry?
Settings > General > About > software version. Follow these steps to determine the version of IOS you are running, and make sure it is fully up to date. 15.6 is the current version.
