Iphone 11 won’t charge

Hi,
My Iphone 11 won’t charge. I’ve tried every cord that I have and don’t believe that’s the problem. I tried to do a hard re-set (and it’s possible I’m not doing it correctly as I’m 83!) but I’m holding the lower volume button down and the power button so long that it wants to make an emergency call. I’ve turned off pretty much everything and I’m now down to 18% charge. Can someone please help me?

Hello Shelagh Tillott-Booth,

You could always get a wireless charger as the iPhone 11 supports wireless charging via any Qi-certified wireless charger.

You could also attempt cleaning the charging port as shown here in a YouTube video.

Thanks, I already cleaned the charging port. I just ordered a wireless charger hoping that it will work.
