      LAPD warns that burglars are electronically jamming home-WiFi-based security-systems, thus disabling them, before breaking-in !

      This MAY affect Kim’s sponsor, SimplySafe, and their home-security systems .

      Does SS also dial out with a cellular SIM or is does it just use WiFi to eventually communicate to their app on your device?

      I would assume they can also jam cell signals.

      This makes my 1995 Radio Shack security system superior as it will dial out on the landline.

      If doors and windows are NOT hardwired, then the jamming of the local WiFi would render them, ineffective .

      It ALSO would be easy for them to jam the local cellular service, so that the alarm-system, would not be able to call out ?
