Mediacom Outgoing Mail
In the last month I have not been able to send emails through my Mediacom account on Outlook. I am able to send emails through the Mediacom site. I receive emails just find. I use Outlook 2016 for most of my emails, so I assumed there were issues with Outlook. I have spent an hour on the phone with Microsoft support and they verified the issue is with Mediacom. All the settings in Outlook are correct. I get an error message that it cannot connect to the outgoing email server. I have since noticed that in both my Windows 10 computers, my iphone, and ipad, I get the same error message when I try to send. I contacted Mediacom support. They have not been of any assistance because they say it’s a third party issue. I have tried contacting them numerous times and have asked to speak to supervisors with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas to get Mediacom’s attention to solve this issue?
