mesh router and wireless printer problem

      Just installed a Netgear MR60 mesh router and everything went fine except I can’t connect to my wireless printer. Using W10 “add a printer” and it can’t find the printer (however it did find the wifi-direct feature of that printer). Any ideas?

      Hello tnt92fox,

      I suspect your printer only supports 2.5Ghz, your mes system may only be broadcasting 5Ghz. What is the model number of your printer?

      Samsung SL-M2835; also having problems with another router, that I know does both 2.5 and 5 Mhz. Beginning to think the printer is the problem, altho it worked on this other router previously.
