I just bought a Samsung A13 for my 83 year old father. He has never used a smart phone. I live a thousand miles away, so I did my best to set the phone up for him, but as I expected, he’s seriously struggling. I’ve already spent hours trying to walk him through the simplest of things – starting with entering his PIN to unlock the phone. There are several things that I need to adjust but have been unable to walk him through over the phone (like changing his WIFI password to get his phone connected to his WIFI). Is there a remote app that would allow me to see his screen and control it remotely for him to change settings and instruct him? For his PC, I’ve used Teamviewer for years, to great effect. Thanks for any advice you can provide!
