Hi, I hope I’m in the correct topic. My dear friend is taking her son to find his birth mom in Thailand this summer. Adoption through organization here in California. Fostered until 5 months in Thailand in 10-child home, with nannies and pre-natal/post-natal medical care. I hear Kim counsel callers about finding missing persons, biological parents, etc., but not outside the U.S. Can you provide any resources or suggestions about how this family can start a search for a birth mother in Thailand, approximately 17 years ago. When my friends picked up their child, the child’s aunt and grandmother were present. Thank you in advance for ANY and ALL suggestions that might help!
