FOLLOW-UP: Here is the source of the call using my father’s name – We looked at the information on the cordless phone in preparation for looking at the Comcast records first. The calls came from my mom’s cell. She was testing to see if the house phone worked. The calls displayed my dad’s name because the account was a business account, still in his name. WOW! What a relief! We are now calling cell provider to change the name on the account to my mom’s. Again, many thanks for your advice and generous offer to save voicemails. Karey
