Could you provide a bit more information, what client are you using to check your mail? If you are using a web client please let us know which web browser you are using. Or if you are using, say the Microsoft Outlook app, or Windows Mail. Additionally let us know where your email is hosted, Outlook.com, MSN, Gmail.
