News won’t stop moving
Here is the problem and it is with all the news letters. When I open one the entier item scrolls up and down a little as I try to read them. Almost impossible. If I exit the item then reopen it the problem is resolved. This happens with all the Kim news letters.

Could you provide a bit more information, what client are you using to check your mail? If you are using a web client please let us know which web browser you are using. Or if you are using, say the Microsoft Outlook app, or Windows Mail. Additionally let us know where your email is hosted, Outlook.com, MSN, Gmail.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to this. I receive all the newsletters through hotmail.com. Have for many many years.
I do check junk folder just in case and once in awhile a newsletter will find its way there. I log directly into the web mail
rather than a 3rd party mail client. I also use Firefox. I have not tried other browsers and I keep Firefox updated and the
issue has remained through at least the past 3 or 4 updates if not more.
