About three months ago I contacted Kim because my computer would only boot to the four blue Windows 10 squares and wouldn’t go any further. I would then have to press the restart button and it would boot the rest of the way. She suggested I post to the forum. I am 72 years old and couldn’t figure out how to start a new topic so I let it drop. Last month, I needed to upgrade my video card so that I could play a game which I had bought. After I installed the new card and drivers, it solved my boot problem. Who would have thunk it.
