Sorry for the delay! Was your iPhone initially purchased and setup in Canada? You may try changing the country/region setting for your Apple ID to the US. There are some important implications of making this change, so it is not recommended unless you are here permanently or at least on a long term basis:

You could also download the photos to a computer and put them on a USB drive or other storage device you could take to a kiosk for printing or upload to an online photo printing service.
