No, the IP address 10.0.0.1 is not always a wireless address, It can be used for wired networks as well.

If you are at home and finding all of your wireless devices have an IP starting with 10.0.0.x and your wired devices are showing another address, this means your wireless access points are creating a double NAT (Network Address Translation)

Double being implied because you have your external IP address from your ISP > internal Lan address Possibly 192.168.1.x > wireless Lan possibly 10.0.0.x
