#2 I use or have used all of the prgm’s that are installed and have cleaned up the drive a couple of times lately.
#3 I and Carbonite support have reinstalled Carbonite at least 5 times if not more.
#4 This was a Win 8 and then to Win 10 as an upgrade. Sincerely doubt that a clean install could be done since I have no disks and am on DSL, so downloading a clean version would be prohibitive.
