Very nice on getting the wiring ran to each room, what you need to do is disable the Wi-Fi on your primary router and install a wireless mesh system such as Eero or Tp-Link deco, both of which can replace your router entirely. You would place one unit in the basement and then place the other two accordingly hardwired in one or two of the upstairs rooms.
