According to my research done a few months ago, Reolink has an “F” rating at the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
TP-Link has a “B” rating at the BBB. However, their engineering dept is not in the USA. Their customer service is not good and the Company does not offer refunds or exchanges.
I am hesitant to use either company. Your website has several suggestions which are not applicable to my situation. That is why I asked the question in your community forum.
