3/31, I received internet & land-line connections. Three days later, I was reviewing OANN’s website when Verizon’s ads showed up, blocking OANN altogether. The ads were along the lines of ”You’ve just won a chance to…” They came from Verizon, Walmart, Netflix, and a bunch of other firms which I don’t use (no time to spend all day in front of the screen). Finally a ”Digital News” screen popped up. No matter how often I close the screen and start over with OANN, these same ads come up. Nothing shows up on Malwarbytes. Any ideas?

Eric do you only get these pop ups and ads on the OANN website, or do they appear on other sites?

I visited their site and it is hard to tell which stories are real and which are ads, with a few pop ups and footer ads always present. Try visiting in an incognito browser(ctrl-shift-n in chrome) and see if you get the same type ads. You could try to run an adblocker extension for your browser.
