  I have done some preliminary review of VPN services. Those available in Ohio and highly rated include: ULTRAVPN, PRIVACYWEB, and EXPRESSVPN. Do any of you have experience with any of these or others you think that I should consider? I would appreciate any guidance you can give me.

  I have not had anyone complain about their experience with Express VPN, I would go with that. You can click here for free 3 months to any annual plan.
