Hi. I am looking everywhere to find the information .. how do I completely cancel my amazon account is there any way? They have changed their log in policy and I have been unable to log in. Things have changed at amazon. They keep sending me links and e mails and when I follow the instruction, they send me other links and I am fed up. Is there ANYTHING i can do. Customer service says they cannot help me. They cannot manually delete an account. I am so frustrated. Is there anything I can do. This is the pits and I am ready to be finished with it. But don’t know how.
After speaking with Five customer service reps including two supervisors who could do NOTHING to help me, and who all told me my situation was unresolvable, I finally got a customer service rep manager who assisted and accomplished what I needed to do.

I am really really grateful because I spent over an hour with customer service and was getting very very very frustrated.
