      My contract with iDrive is up for renewal and in looking at my account which I have had for many years, it appears that it is not backing up my information. I also would like to add a new computer. I have tried to contact them and get put on hold and then finally call terminated. I also feel that I don’t totally understand what the program offer and how it should be implemented, but can’t find any tutorial on use.

      Is iDrive still recommended as the best data backup service to use? If not, what is recommended.

      What is the key to getting support at iDrive? I am considering cancelling my renewal.

      Add a new Mac device.
      Add a new PC device.
