Headphone Jack Inserted, Speakers Stop Working

      We’ve a SONY 55″ 4K XBR55X930E and had to perform a hard factory reset. Before doing so, we had a headset charging/transmitting station whose mini-jack was always plugged into the TV. The headsets, when turned on at the headset, would cut off the TV speaker. When headset was off, TV speakers worked even w/the mini-jack plugged in to the TV. Now, after the factor reset, headset jack in results in speakers not working, even w/headset off. We tried selecting Audio System versus TV Speaker in settings to no avail. Any other ideas?
